Kaustubh Omar is an educationist, writer, STEM and creative learning expert, motivational speaker, and coordinator for various government, semi-government, and non-government educational and scientific programs.
He completed his higher education in Physics from Brahmanand College, C.S.J.M. University. Currently, he serves as the President of STEM Infinity Lab Foundation, a Section 8 not-for-profit company, and is also a passionate Physics teacher at J.N.V.M.I. College, Kanpur.
The Foundation, under his leadership, is establishing STEM-Robotics and Skill Labs across the nation, providing skilled STEM trainers to schools and colleges. It conducts numerous STEM Robotics & Creative Learning workshops and training sessions nationwide while also manufacturing low-cost STEM kits, DIY-TIY kits, and educational toys in its own lab.
He has organized impactful events like the Inter-State Science & Tinkering Fest (ISSTF: 2019-20), International Meet on Number Theory, STEM-Robotics-AI awareness camps in collaboration with IIT-Kanpur and Vigyan Bharati.
Kaustubh Omar also runs The STEAM Show, a flagship program of Tinker India Lab. Notably, he authored India’s first Physics Dictionary, KPM Physics Dictionary, launched at CBSE Building, Salt Lake, Kolkata in 2018 (also available on Play Store).
He has been honored by organizations such as Amar Ujala, Dainik Jagran, Lions Club, Alliance Club, Rotary Club, CSIR-CDRI for promoting scientific temperament and popularizing STEM education among the masses.
Through his social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), he shares glimpses of his work in innovation, tinkering, entrepreneurship, and STEM communication. He also mentors students nationwide, helping them choose the right career paths and providing exposure to global learning opportunities.
