STEM Infinity Lab Foundation is a non-profit organization registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. We primarily engage in educational, scientific, and charitable activities. While we strive for complete satisfaction in every interaction, we recognize the importance of having a transparent and fair policy for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Applicability
This policy applies to:
- Products delivered (such as STEM kits, educational materials).
- Paid events or workshops.
- Donations and membership fees (limited applicability).
2. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product differs from the one ordered.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
- Email us at [email address] with order details, reason for return, and images if applicable.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed:
- After verification of the return.
- In case of failed delivery with no fault of the recipient.
- If an event/workshop is cancelled by the Foundation.
Non-refundable:
- Donations (unless made in error and reported within 48 hours).
- Membership fees.
- Voluntary contributions.
Mode of Refund:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4.Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
- Cancellation of participation in a paid workshop/event is permitted up to 72 hours before the event. A processing fee may apply.
